Cherry’s Creates a Safer, More Reliable Pallet Inverter Solution
January 29, 2020The customer is a multinational biotechnology company that offers an in-the-field blood analysis kit used for testing for more than 13 different diseases or illnesses within a self-contained test cup. In the production process, the product is stacked on pallets and layered after manufacturing. At this stage, the kits need to be tested for contaminants by tilting them upside down. If the product is contaminated, a detection ring appears on the outside of the test cup. The customer was looking for a custompallet invertersolution that could take the product stacked on a pallet and safely tilt it to the appropriate angle. Previously, it had experienced significant issues keeping all of the cups contained while slipping the pallet for the contamination inversion test. This resulted in product loss, re-work and diminished productivity. Cherry's Delivers Custom Split-Table Inverter Solution for Improved Efficiency and Safety
